Symptoms such as weight gain, thinning hair and eyebrows, low energy, puffy or dry skin, a racing heartbeat or palpitations can indicate your thyroid needs extra support. We all need certain nutrients for our thryroid hormones to function well, yet thyroid medication can interact with supplements and some foods, meaning you may not be absorbing key nutrients or the medication optimally. If you have been diagnosed with autoimmune Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis or Graves’ Disease, supporting your immune system is key.

“Genetics loads the gun but environment pulls the trigger.” Tiffany is currently researching the use of targeted nutrition in ADHD and Autism. Nurturing your body with nutrients that are beneficial for brain and physical health, whilst also recognising and minimising triggers, is key to managing difficult situations and the coping behaviours that arise in a world designed for neurotypicals. In an appointment, Tiffany will look at the foods you eat, where the stresses are coming from, and develop a plan that is as individual as you are.

90 minutes nutritional therapy consultation to understand your health history, discuss root causes for your symptoms and create an initial nutrition plan. Your plan will guide you through which foods and food groups to include and why, and will be bespoke, designed to fit into your life. It may include supplements, supportive of any medication you take. It may include lifestyle adjustments to start to reduce stressors and enable healing.

Follow-up Consultation

45 minute follow-up consultation to see how it’s all going, and develop your nutrition plan. We will discuss what has worked so far and make changes to support your health in the longer term. You can attend these sessions on a pay as you go basis, or book a block via my Packages.
